The Fitness Connection leads clients on a journey of improved fitness and self-confidence with one-on-one training sessions.

Personal training sessions usually last between 40-60 minutes and are structured based on the personalized fitness goals that are appropriate for each client.  When developing programs, considerations are made for those who have injuries, long-term health conditions or disabilities that could affect their performance. As a trainer, we understand that every client is unique and has individual goals.  We strive to give undivided attention when creating and administering personalized advice.

 

The first 3 Sessions are $60 each.

All Follow-up Sessions after your first 3 are $25 each.
